The conference organizers are pleased to invite you to participate in the First Iranian Congress on Processing and Packaging of Pistachio Nuts, which will be held on 4 &5 DEC. 2007 in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Mashhad, Iran.

The congress aims to provide a unique meeting opportunity for all of the Iranian and international academics as well as researchers, scientists, engineers and students to present their latest research findings, ideas, developments and applications, in the general area of Processing and Packaging of Pistachio Nuts and it is aimed to review the current trend of research and to promote research activities within the field and possible collaborations with the industry.
